1/4 c Onion; finely chopped 1/4 c Celery; finely chopped
1/4 c Green pepper; finely chopped 1 cn Soup, golden mushroom
2 tb Oil, salad 1/4 c Milk
3 oz Noodles, chow mein 1/2 ts Salt
6 1/2 oz Tuna; drained and flaked 1/4 ts Pepper
2 oz Pimiento; drained and choppd
Saute onion and green pepper in salad oil. Combine remaining
ingredients; add onion and green pepper, and mix well. Place in a
greased 1-1/2 qt. casserole. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 25
minutes. Remove cover; bake an additional 10 minutes.
