1 c Minute Rice 1/8 ts Marjoram
1 lb Ground beef Dash of pepper
1 Egg, slightly beaten 2 1/2 c Tomato juice
2 ts Grated onion 1/2 ts Sugar
2 ts Salt
Combine rice with beef, egg, onion, salt, marjoram, pepper, 1/2 c
tomato juice. Mix. Shape into 18 balls and put in a skillet. Add
sugar to remaining 2 cups of tomato juice. Pour juice over meatballs
in the skillet. Brin mix to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered
