Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 tb Onion; chopped 1/2 c Evaporated milk
1 tb Green pepper; chopped 1 tb All-purpose flour
2 tb Butter or margarine; melted 1/4 ts Salt
1 ea (7-3/4 oz) can salmon; 2 tb ;buttered soft breadcrumbs
-drained and flaked
Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender but not brown.
Add next 4 ingredients; mix well. Spoon mixture into buttered
individual baking shells; top with breadcrumbs. Bake at 400F for 15
minutes. Yield: 2 servings.
