5 lb Onions -- chopped
2 lb Okra -- chopped
1 lb Crabmeat
2 lb Crab claws
1/2 pt Oysters
1 c Parsley -- chopped
1 c Onion tops -- chopped
Salt and pepper -- to taste
1/2 c All-purpose flour
3 c Rice -- cooked
Smother okra well in a pot. In a separate pot, brown flour. After
browning flour, add onion and smother and brown. Add okra and let
cook for about 10 minutes. Add all vegetables and seasoning. Add
about 8 quarts of water and let boil. Add oysters. Cook for 10 to 15
minutes then add crabmeat and crab claws and cook for about 10
minutes. Serve over cooked rice. Festival: Bayou Boulette Food and
