Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 1/2 lb Pork tenderloin

------------------------FOR MARINADE-----------------------------
4 tb Soy sauce 4 Cloves garlic, peeled and
2 tb Sesame oil -minced
2 tb Brown sugar 2 tb Sesame seeds, toasted
1/2 ts Honey 3 To 4 scallions, sliced on
1 tb Dry sherry -a diagonal

Combine all ingredients for marinade and marinate pork covered
overnight in the refrigerator.

Remove pork from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill pork over
medium-hot coals, turning occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes or until
a meat thermometer inserted reads 155'E

Remove pork from grill and carve into medallions. Serve immediately.
