1 cn Black-eyed peas Pressed
1 Carrot, diced 1/2 ts Salt, or to taste
1/2 Onion, diced 1/4 ts Pepper, or to taste
1/4 Green pepper, diced 1/4 ts Tobasco or other hot sauce,
1 Stalk celery, diced Or to taste
3 Cloves garlic, minced or
Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan, and bring to boil. Simmer
for at least 10 minutes, but 20 - 25 is better.
