1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, finely crushed
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Combine all ingredients. Let stand for about 2 hours. Pour over meat and leave in refrigerator overnight and cook as usual.
