Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lb Ground beef
3/4 c Bread crumbs
1 Egg
1/2 c Water
2 ts Salt
Pepper
1/2 ts Garlic powder
3 tb Oil
1/2 c Celery; chopped
1/2 c Green pepper; chopped
1 md Onion; chopped
8 oz Tomato sauce
Beat egg, add water and seasoning. Add meat and bread crumbs. Shape
in small balls (makes about 18-20). Brown in oil. Remove meat balls.
Saute celery, green pepper, and onion -- do not brown. Add tomato
sauce. Add meatballs and cook 1/2 hour.
