Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 tb Oil
1 ea Onion, medium
8 oz Tomato sauce
1/2 c Brown sugar, packed
1/4 c Vinegar, white
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
4 ts Chili powder
2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Mustard, dry
Finely dice onion, saute until clear. Combine all other ingredients
except sugar. Cook down till thickened. Add sugar and carefully
simmer until you have the correct consistency.
