4 lb Beef brisket, flat half 6 ea Pita breads, cut in half
24 oz Salsa sauce 1 ea Lettuce head - shredded
12 oz Beer 3 ea Tomatoes - chopped
Trim fat from brisket. Place in ungreased baking dish, 13 1/2 by 9
by 2 inches. Mix salsa sauce and beer; pour over meat. Cover
tightly. Bake in 325 degree oven 3 1/2 hours or until tender. Remove
beef; slice across the grain. Stuff pita bread with lettuce and beef
slices; top with tomatoes. Serve with additional salsa sauce if
desired.
