2 tb Peanut oil
2 Cloves garlic, crushed
2/3 c Unblanched almonds
2/3 c Pine nuts
2/3 c Unsalted cashews
2 ts Worcestershire sauce
2 ts Chile powder
1 ts Cayenne
1 1/3 c Thin pretzel sticks, broken
In 1inch pieces
1 c Seedless raisins
1 ts Sea salt
In a large cast iron skillet, over a medium heat, warm the oil. Add
the garlic and cook 1 to 2 minutes. Add the almonds, pine nuts, and
cashews. Add the Worcestershire sauce, chile powder, and cayenne. Mix
well. Stir in the pretzels and cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring
constantly. Remove from the heat. Add the raisins and salt. Mix
well. Turn the mixture into a serving dish and cool.
Yield: about 4 cups
