2/3 c Olive oil 1 tb Balsamic vinegar
1 tb Tumeric 2 lb Shrimp; 16-20 size, cleaned,
1/4 ts Black pepper; freshly ground -peeled and deveined
3 Garlic cloves; minced Bamboo skewers; soaked in
1 tb Basil; chopped fresh -warm water for 30 minutes
2 Combine all ingredients and marinate for 6 to 8 hours; skewer
decoratively and grill, turning and basting, only until pink; DO NOT
OVERCOOK!!
