Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

Stephen Ceideburg 2 c 2-percent milk
8 c Boiling water 1 ts Vanilla
1/3 c Instant coffee granules 1 qt Vanilla ice cream, softened
1/4 c Granulated sugar 1 Whipping cream, whipped,
1 c Kahlua or other -optional
-coffee-flavored liqueur

Combine water, coffee granules and sugar, stirring until coffee
dissolves; chill. Add Kahlua and milk, vanilla and ice cream,
stirring until blended. Ladle beverage into cups. Top with whipped
cream, if desired.
