Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 ea Recipe Squid Steak a' la 1/4 lb Provolone or romano cheese,
-Anthony's Fish Grotto -thinly sliced
1 c Tomato sauce
After the fillets are browned, place them in a baking dish and coat
with your favorite tomato sauce. Top with slices of cheese. Broil
under high heat until the cheese melts. Serve immediately.
