Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

Makes about 2 cups

--------------------PREP TIME: 5 MINUTES-------------------------

-------------------COOK TIME: 10 MINUTES------------------------
4 c Fresh hulled and quartered
-or frozen unsweetened
-strawberries
1/2 c Granulated sugar
1 tb Cornstarch

In saucepan, combine strawberries, sugar and cornstarch. Cook,
stirring constantly over medium heat until juices run. Continue to
cook, stirring often, for about 5 minutes or until nice and thick.
Let cool if not serving immediately. Store in tightly covered jar in
