Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

Stuffed zucchini 1/2 lb Munster cheese, shredded
-(microwave) 1 ea Clove garlic, minced
2 lg Zucchini 1/4 c Butter
2 ea Chopped scallions Mushrooms, chopped
1 t Parsley

Cut zucchini in half, scoop out pulp. Place butter in cooking dish,
nuke on HIGH for 2 minutes*. Add onions, and garlic to butter, nuke
on HIGH for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and parsley, nuke n HIGH for 3
minutes. Drain cooked veggies, but in mixing bowl with zucchini pulp.
Add cheese and mix well. Fill each 1/2 zucchini with mixture and cook
on HIGH fr 6 minutes. *seems to me time is too long for melting
