1 c Maple Syrup Crushed Ice
1. Bring the syrup to a boil and simmer until it reaches 236 F on a
candy thermometer. Divide over 8 pie plates filled with crushed ice.
NOTE: Chewy treat, by tradition, eaten with sourpickles and doughnuts.
