Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 Or 3 oranges
Lettuce leaves
1/2 Banana
Whipped cream
Nut meats, chopped
Mayonnaise

Divide oranges into sections, removing as much skin and tissue as
possible. Place on lettuce leaf in the shape of a sunflower. Use a
thick slice of banana for center, spoon on whipped cream and nuts.
serve with sweetened mayonnaise.
