Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
10 1/2 oz Silken tofu, extra-firm, 3/4 c Semi-sweet chocolate chips
-- drained crumbled 1 ts Vanilla extract
Blend tofu until smooth.
Melt chocolate over medium heat in a pot placed in a larger pot
filled with water. Blend chocolate vanilla into tofu until there is
no white visible. Spoon evenly into 4 parfait glasses or wine goblets
chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
