3 oz Navy beans; cooked 1 tb Safflower oil
3 oz Basmati rice; cooked 1/2 ts Thyme
1 1/2 oz Butternut squash; cubed 1/2 ts Garlic; minced
1 1/2 oz Onion; chopped 1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 oz Raisins
Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Set on stove over medium
heat for about 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir
occasionally. Serve at room temperature.
