1 t To two liquid Butter Buds 1/2 t Vanilla
1 c Egg Beaters 1/2 c Fresh fruit pieces or
2 ea Tb powdered sugar* -drained fruit cocktail
In an 8" skillet or omellette pan over medium heat, warm liquid butter
buds. In a bowl, blend Egg Beaters, sugar and vanilla. Pour into
dkillet or omelette pan. Cook, lifting edges to allow uncooked
portion to flow underneath. When almost set, spoon fruit over half of
omelette. Flip or fold over depending on what kind of pan you are
using. Slide onto serving dish. *or use 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
and 1 1/2 packets Sweet 'n Low Per serving: 112 cal., 0.3g fat (2%),
0mg chol., 1g fiber, 10g pro., 17g carb., 179mg sod. Per SL serving:
