Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

3 c Cooked, peeled and cubed 1 ea Tb lemon juice
-sweet potatoes 1 ea Tb sugar
2 c Chopped red delicious apples **OR**
2 c Seedless green grapes 1 1/2 ea Pk Sweet 'n Low
2 c Sliced bananas 1/4 t Grated orange peel
3/4 c Plain nonfat yogurt 1 ea Tb orange juice

Place the potatoes and fruit in a large bowl and mix together. Mix
all the other ingredients in a smaller bowl and pour over potatoes
and fruit to coat. Chill before serving. Per sugar serving: 127 cal.,
0.6g fat (4%), 0mg chol., 4g fiber, 2g pro., 30g carb., 20mg sod. Per
