1 md Red cabbage -- shredded 2 tb Lemon juice
1 1/2 c Water 1 tb White wine vinegar
2 tb Apple juice concentrate 1/2 ts Ground ginger
2 Cloves Garlic -- whole
Simmer all ingredients in a deep saucepan, stirring occasionally,
until tender, about 35 minutes. Remove garlic cloves and serve hot or
cold.
