See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
4 c Boiling water or chicken 3/4 c Fresh parsley, minced
Stock 2 (or 3) chopped tomatoes
1 1/4 c Bulgar 1/4 c Lemon juice
3/4 c Cooked chick peas 2 ts Low sodium soy sauce
1/2 c Fresh mint, minced Sprouts or lettuce
Combine water and bulgar. cover and let stand bulgar is fluffy, 1-2
hours. Strain and squeeze out excess water. Combine with remaining
ingredients except sprouts or lettuce, chill and serve over sprouts.
