Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 Jiggers tequila
2 ts Sugar
Juice of 1 lime
Powdered egg white
(equivalent to 1 raw egg
White)
Soda water
Shake the tequila, sugar, lime juice, and egg white vigorously with
lots of cracked ice. Strain into 2 chilled martini glasses and top
with cold soda water.
Yield: 2 drinks
