Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2/3 c Cider vinegar 1 ts Grated lemon rind
1/3 c Water Cayenne to taste
1 tb Butter or margarine Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Heat until butter is melted.
Use with beef, chicken, pork, or doves
