Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 lb Veal;ground 1 Egg;
1/2 lb Beef;ground 1 Nutmeg;grated;pinch
1 ts Salt 3 dr Onion;juice
1/4 ts Paprika 1/2 c Sour Cream
Beat egg well. Mix other ingredients except sour cream. Shape into
cakes and cook like hamburgers.
Remove meat to serving dish. Heat sour cream in same pan and pour
over meat. Serve with mushrooms.
