4 Tomatoes; seed -- chop
1 lg Purple onion -- chop
2 Cloves garlic -- minced or
-if you like, chopped
1 Green pepper; seed -- chop
4 Jalapeno peppers; seed --
-chopped
1 cn Rotel Chile Tomatoes
1/8 c Olive oil
1/8 c Balsamic vinegar
Cilantro -- chopped (opt'l)
Mix all and refrigerate in a glass jar. Keeps a long time. I used on
