1 cl Garlic, crushed 1/2 ea Head cauliflower
1 ea Tb (to3) fatfree Parmesan 1/2 ea Head lettuce
-cheese (Alpine Lace or 1 bn Fresh spinach, cleaned and
-Weight Watchers) -torn
1 c Kraft fatfree mayonnaise or 1 c Pepperidge Farms seasoned
-Miracle Whip -stuffing cubes
2 ea Tb lemon juice
Blend all ingredients except cauliflower, lettuce, spinach and
stuffing cubes. Refrigerate at least one hour. Grate half a head of
cauliflower and refrigerate covered. Pour dressing over lettuce and
spinach. Sprinkle cauliflower over top tand toss. Top with stuffing
cubes. Per serving: 54 cal., 0.2g fat (3%), 0mg chol., 2g fiber, 2g
