Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/4 c Honey
2 1/2 c Finely crushed vanilla wafer
2 c Ground walnuts
1/3 c Dry white wine
Granulated sugar
Mix honey, vanilla wafers, walnuts and wine. Shape into 1-inch balls;
roll in sugar.
Store White Wine Balls in tightly covered cookie jar or metal can. Let
stand several days to blend flavors. Flavor improves with age up to 4
weeks.
