1 lb Zucchini 1 8-oz Can Mandarin Oranges 1/4 ts Nutmeg 1/4 c Almonds,
slivered and toasted
Cut the zucchini into slices. Steam until tender. Add the orange
slices and nutmeg. Sprinkle with the almonds just before serving. ___
