6 small zucchini sliced
1/2 # bacon cut in pieces
1 small onion chopped
1 tsp. celery seed
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbl worstershire sauce
couple dashes of hot sauce tabasco
1 can of tomatoes with the juice
1 small can of v-8 juice
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
in a large sauce pan brown bacon and onion bacon should start to
render but not be fully cooked.do not drain fat add tomatoes with
juice then add all other ingredients and cook on low heat for about
two hours. enjoy
