1 c Water 1 1/2 tb Unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tb Molasses 1 1/2 ts Caraway seeds
1/4 c Bread flour 1 1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Rye flour 3 ts Yeast
2 1/4 c Whole-wheat bread flour 1 1/4 c Golden raisins
