2 Doz oysters With no salt drained
4 Green onion tops 1 Stick oleo or butter,
1 lg Celery stalk and tops Melted
1 ts Tarragon vinegar 1/2 c Bread crumbs
4 To 5 sprigs parsley 1 ts Worcestershire sauce
4 Rolled anchovies 1/2 ts Tabasco
1 pk Chopped spinach, cooked Parmesan cheese
Mix melted butter and seasonings. Add to spinach, mix well and add
crumbs. Place oysters in casserole, add spinach mixture and top with
cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
