Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 pt Whipped cream pn Salt
1/2 c Powdered sugar 1 c Thick boiled custard
1 ts Vanilla 2 Egg whites, stiffly beaten
1/2 Glass sherry

Syllabub's fragrant froth! Fold ingredients together and serve in
parfait glasses lined with sponge cake or lady fingers, or thin with
more wine or cream and serve in punch cups.
