Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 (10 oz.) can jalapeno bean 3 md Tomatoes, peeled, seeded,
-dip -coarsely chopped and well
1/2 ts Salt -drained
1/4 ts Pepper 1 c Green onions, chopped with
1 tb Lemon juice -tops
3 lg Ripe avocados, peeled, 1 (6 oz.) can ripe pitted
-pitted and mashed -olives, coarsely chopped
1 c Sour cream 8 oz Shredded sharp cheddar
1/2 c Mayonnaise -cheese
1 pk Taco season mix

Spread bean dip on bottom of shallow dish 13x9x2 inches. Mix
avocados, salt and pepper and lemon juice with mixer and spread
evenly over bean dip. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning
well and spread evenly over avocado mixture. Spread chopped
tomatoes, onions and olives over sour cream mixture. Top with
shredded cheese. Serve with corn or nacho chips. Submitted By BARRY
