Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 Unbaked pizza shells 8 oz Cheddar cheese, grated
-Mashed potatoes 1/2 lb Provolone cheese, grated
1 lg Onion, diced 1/2 lb Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 Stick butter or oleo -mixed with Provolone
Saute onion in butter, stir into potatoes along with cheddar cheese
and refrigerate to let flavor go through. Coat pizza shells with
potato mixture. Top with Provolone and Mozzarella cheese mixture and
bake until shells are baked and cheese is melted.
