Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 lg Can Spam 1 Green pepper, chopped
1 lg Can pork and beans 3 tb Oil
8 oz Cheddar cheese (grated) 1/2 c Brown sugar
1 md Onion, chopped 1/4 c Ketchup

Slice Spam in skillet. Saute onions and green pepper in oil. Remove
and brown Spam slices on each side. In casserole dish, mix beans,
sugar and ketchup. Add onions and peppers. Mix all together. Layer
Spam slices on top, then sprinkle cheese over all. Bake 45 minutes in
350 degree oven or until beans bubble and cheese melts.
