Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 c Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
4 oz Jar Prune Baby Food
3 Egg Whites
1 c Sugar
1 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Flour
1/4 c Nuts -- (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8-inch square baking pan
with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients. Add nuts if desired.
Bake about 30 minutes or until springy to touch. Cool on rack.
Cut into 16 pieces.
