Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 lb Medium ground pork butt 1 t Ground cloves
2 lb Medium ground veal 1 t Ground mace
1 T Salt 1 t Ground sage
1 T Pepper 1/2 c Fine, dry bread crumbs
1 t Ground Nutmeg 1 c Water
Mix all ingredients together and stuff into sheep casing or make into
