See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1/4 c Olive oil 1 1/2 qt Water
2 Cloves garlic, chopped 2 Peppercorns
1 Onion, chopped 1 Bay leaf
3 lb Fresh fish of your choice, -Pinch cayenne
-cleaned and cut into bite 1 Lemon, sliced
-size pieces
Saute onion and garlic in hot oil in Dutch oven for 10 minutes. Add
remaining ingredients except lemon slices. Cover and simmer for 15
minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Remove
fish from stock; remove skin and bones. Return fish to pot; simmer 7
minutes more. Remove peppercorns and bay leaf. Serve with lemon
slices.
