1 lb Lean flank steak, ground 1 1/2 ts Dry mustard
1 c Whole wheat bread crumbs 1 ts Pepper
1 1/2 c Unsweetened applesauce 1 ts Low sodium soy sauce
1 sm Onion, grated
-------------------------MIXED WITH------------------------------
2 ts Water
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine all ingredients in a medium size bowl.
Spray 6 muffin cups with Pam. Divide meat among muffin cups. Bake 25
minutes or until cooked through.
