Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2/3 c Flour 1/2 c Brown sugar
3 t Baking powder 3 t Vanilla
1/2 t Salt 3 c Apples, cut fairly small,
4 Egg whites Skins on is fine.
1/2 c Sugar

Beat eggs, add sugar and vanilla and beat well. Add dry ingredients
and mix. Dump in apples and stir until evenly distributed. Bake in
a deep baking dish, 45 minutes at 350. Serve with custard.
