2 md Red Delicious Apples, cubed 1 1/2 tb Lemon juice
1 c Raisins 1/8 ts Pepper
3/4 c Walnuts, chopped 1 pk Equal sweetner
1/4 c Skim milk 1 ea Head Boston Lettuce
1/4 c Cottage cheese, low fat Separated into leaves
1/2 ts Horseradish sauce
Place apples, raisins, and walnuts in a large bowl Place remaining
ingredients except lettuce in blender or food processor mixing till
smooth. Pour blended ingredients over apple mixture. Toss to coat.
Arrange lettuce leaves in 6 bowls and spoon apple mixture into center
of bowls.
