1 1/2 c apricots,Dried
4 T sugar
1 t orange rind,Grated
1 T rum
Cook apricots until tender in enough water to cover. Drain and chop
fine. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat well. The mixture
should have the consistency of a soft mash.
