1/3 c Marinara sauce 1/4 c Red onion -- chopped
1 12" pizza crust 2 tb Parmesan -- grated
6 oz Fresh mozzarella -- slice 1 tb Lemon juice
Thin 1 tb Olive oil
4 c Arugula or watercress; 1/2 ts Salt
Wash -- chop coarse 1/4 ts Pepper
3/4 c Plum tomatoes -- diced
Preheat oven to 450~. Spread sauce over crust; sprinkle with
mozzarella. Bake 10 minutes. Meanwhile combine arugula, tomaotes,
onions, Parmesan, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper in bowl;
toss. Spoon salad on center of hot pizza. Per Slice: 310 Cal, 9 gr
