1 c Fresh orange juice
2/3 c Fresh lemon juice
2/3 c Fresh lime juice
6 tb Sake or a good rice-wine
Vinegar
6 Scallions sliced thin
(white part only)
2 sm Jalapenos sliced into very
Thin rounds
1 ts Red-pepper flakes
1 tb Grated orange zest
This marinade works exceptionally well with seafood but is quite
tasty with poultry or pork. Mix ingredients in a bowl and marinate
your seafood, chicken or pork.
