1 1/2 lb Asparagus 1/3 c Bread crumbs
3 tb Butter Twisted lemon rind
Juice of 1 lemon Salt pepper
1. Place asparagus and butter in a large skillet. Cover and cook
over medium high heat 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
2. Transfer asparagus to a serving platter.
3. Add lemon juice to skillet, then bread crumbs.
4. Cook, stirring constantly, approx. 3 minutes, until bread crumbs
are crisp.
5. Sprinkle crumbs over asparagus. Garnish with twisted lemon rinds
and serve.
