Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
8 Canned chipotles in adobo
Sauce
2 tb Peanut oil
1 md Onion -- finely chopped
4 Cloves garlic -- minced
28 oz Ketchup
1 tb Chile powder
1/2 tb Cumin
1/3 c Malt vinegar
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c Yellow mustard
6 oz Oktoberfest or Bock Beer
Finely chop chiles. Heat the oil and cook onion and garlic until
soft. Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a gentle boil stirring
constantly. Then turn down and let simmer until thick.
