Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
6 ea doves
6 ea bacon, slices
1 salt pepper to taste
1 water
Wrap bacon slice around each de-boned dove breast. Place in shallow baking
dish and add salt and pepper. Add 1 cup water. Cover and cook at 350
degrees for 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Also for: Substitute Snipe or Woodcock.
